A Warm, Empathic, and Relational Approach
I’m Louise Daly, a BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist offering a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without fear of judgment. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating grief, trauma, or major life changes, I’m here to help you reconnect with your authentic self and move forward with confidence.
My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each client’s journey. Drawing on both Person-Centered and Psychodynamic therapy, I support you in uncovering unconscious beliefs, behaviours, and coping patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and build healthier relationships, both with yourself and others.
I believe every person is capable of growth and healing, but life’s challenges can sometimes disconnect us from who we truly are. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, find clarity, and develop tools to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence and self-acceptance.
What Makes Me Different
Choosing the right therapist can feel daunting, especially when you’re feeling vulnerable. My clients often tell me they value my warm, relational style and genuine care. I’m not here to offer quick fixes; instead, I focus on building trust, listening deeply, and working collaboratively to create meaningful, lasting change.
I also make it easy to connect, clients can reach out directly via WhatsApp Business to start the process or ask questions.
How I Work
I practice integrative therapy, which means I adapt my approach to meet your individual needs rather than following a “one-size-fits-all” model. I combine:
Person-Centered Therapy: Creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your emotions at your own pace.
Psychodynamic Therapy: Helping you understand unconscious patterns and past experiences that shape your thoughts, feelings, and relationships today.
This integrative approach allows us to make sense of your story, uncover barriers to growth, and move forward with greater clarity, self-awareness, and confidence.
What to Expect in Sessions
A Safe, Confidential Space: Your privacy and trust are always my priority.
A Pace That Suits You: We’ll explore what feels important to you, without pressure.
Practical Tools and Insight: Therapy offers both deep emotional exploration and practical strategies you can apply in daily life.
Collaboration: You’re in control of your journey, I’m here to guide and support you.
I offer both in-person counselling in the City of London and Brixton, as well as online sessions for flexibility and accessibility.
Therapy Options
Short-term therapy: Focused support for specific goals, challenges, or decisions.
Open-ended therapy: Deeper exploration for long-term growth and healing.
My Experience
I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from all walks of life. My work has included:
Private Practice (2021–Present): Offering tailored short- and long-term therapy in-person and online.
NHS Talking Therapies (2019–2021): Supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity challenges in a busy GP practice in Brixton.
Mind in City of London, Hackney, and Waltham Forest (2021–2022): Established a Suicide Bereavement Crisis Service and facilitated wellbeing groups for families impacted by suicide.
Give Us A Shout (2019–2020): Providing compassionate, text-based crisis support for adults and young people.
Mind in Camden, Healthy Minds Programme (2018–2019): Helping individuals rebuild confidence and reconnect with their communities after mental health struggles.
